
The state government has also started working in the secretariat on the lines of the Center from Monday. Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat reached the Secretariat on Monday after the lockdown and reviewed the actions being taken to prevent corona virus as well as to dispose of the official journalists. During this, he asked to take action according to the guidelines provided by the central government.
Ministers and officers have started returning to work in the central government from Monday. These include Joint Secretary and higher level officials. On the same lines, the state government can also start functioning in the secretariat. However, the central government’s guideline is still awaited for this. In fact, after the lockdown, all the works except health and unavoidable services have been completely affected in the state. Everything from government offices to private institutions is closed. Due to this, development works are not catching up. Till now the main focus of the government has been on gaining control of Korana.In view of this, work can start in the ministries and secretariat in Uttarakhand on the lines of the center. The Chief Minister said that till now the situation in the state is under control. We have to maintain this caution and caution.
