District Magistrate Garhwal Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogande conducted on-site inspection of Kodia Check Post and Dedicated Kovid Care Center Kodia Camp in Kotdwar today. He directed the concerned officials to ensure that they work seriously to prevent corona infection. He directed the concerned officer to ensure that Kovid testing is done at the gate of the hospital premises. He inspected the ICU room under construction in the hospital and directed the officials concerned to ensure smooth functioning soon. He also inspected the oxygen plant.
District Magistrate Dr. Jogande inspected the Kodia check post and directed the concerned officer to ensure ink on his hand after sampling people coming from outside. Along with that, instructions were given to the officials concerned to make proper seating arrangement for people, drinking water system, fan system and proper arrangement of dustbin. He said that by installing a big flex board at the concerned site, make sure to enter the information of the guide line of Kovid-19 and the nodal name and phone number. Also, he directed the concerned authorities to ensure that sanitizers, masks and social distances are followed to make the patients aware. So that the risk of infection does not remain high. At the same time, the District Magistrate spoke to the people who came to Samodia at Kodia Check Post and got to know their condition.
