The order made by the Principal Secretary states that plastic carry bags of any fat or size will be completely banned.

But by Saturday, all types of plastic carry bags will be illegal. In addition, non-woven poly propylene bags of any color or size will also not be used. Apart from this, bringing cooked food in plastic or thermocol bags or cans from restaurants, dhabas or hotels has also been banned completely. If someone is found to be doing so, he will have to pay a fine. At the same time, use of thermocol, plastic or other type of one time use utensils, cutlery sets, juice straws has also been banned in any wedding, party or house. Use of this will also attract a penalty.
