Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari has made a big announcement in the Parliament.

He has said that all toll booths in the country will be removed within a year.Answering a question in the Lok Sabha, Gadkari said that vehicles will run on the roads without interruption and tax collection will be made GPS based.

Nitin Gadkari said, I assure the House that all the tolls will be removed within a year.

But this means that tolls will not remain, but you will have to pay tax on the basis of GPS.The camera will be on the road and it will catch the GPS image.

Where you go and where you get out, the only money will be deducted from you.

There will be no toll, no one will stop.

And we will complete it within a year. ”When Gadkari made this announcement, the members thumped the table and welcomed his decision.

During the Question Hour in Lok Sabha, members of the House Gurjit Aujla, Deepak Badge and Kunwar Danish Ali,he gave this information in response to supplementary questions.

He said tolls were first created within cities.

This is wrong and unjust.

There were a lot of thieves in such tolls.

He said that now GPS system will be installed in motors, with the help of which toll charges can be paid and after this there will be no need for tolls.
