The purpose of the whole exercise is to make the concerned officers and departmental employees of the districts aware of the basic provisions of the UCC Act before implementing the UCC and to make them accustomed to providing technical services through the portal.Before implementing the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), the training program being run in the districts is being monitored live through web link, so that if the personnel logging in on the UCC portal face any problem or difficulty during the practice, the technical team can provide online assistance. After the training, feedback forms are being filled from the centers, which will be certified by the administrator of the center, so that the training program can be continuously improved.The purpose of this entire exercise is to make the concerned officers and departmental personnel of the districts aware of the basic provisions of the UCC Act before implementing the UCC and to make them accustomed to providing technical services from the portal. After the announcement of the implementation of UCC by Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in January, the scope of training is being continuously expanded. On Thursday, the training started from Chamoli and Nainital districts, which has also been extended to nine blocks of Almora, Haridwar, Udham Singh Nagar and Pauri etc.On the other hand, the target to complete the training was earlier 20 January, which has now been reduced to 18 January. Sources say that the government and agencies are preparing to implement UCC in the last week of January, which can be announced after the end of the election code of conduct on 26 January.
The training program has been started in nine blocks of seven districts on the second day. The personnel are being continuously trained in the use of UCC Act and UCC web portal. The trainers of the Common Service Center are training the departmental personnel in addition to the Registrar, Sub Registrar level officers in the districts. The target is to complete the training by January 18.

- Till now, internal training was being given on UCC at Information Technology Development Agency (ITDA) and Community Service Center (CSC) level, which has now been started in districts and blocks through CSC, because employees from district to block level will play an important role in implementing UCC, hence they are being trained for the use of the Act and web portal. Help desk and helpline will also be available for the support of employees.
