Dehradun – In view of the increasing number of covid-19 patients in the state, the number of patients staying in home isolation is increasing tremendously. Information is being received regarding their health and need, but it has come to the notice of the government that we are taking treatment in isolation to any patients Providing counseling through a medical counselor will also be necessary for effective treatment, so the purpose of providing or providing basic medical counseling to the patients is recommended by phone isolation from time to time whether or not delivery of Om Isolation Kit is being done. SOP is proposed to be determined for health monitoring purpose under which the list of patients found to be any type of Kovid-19 positive will be made available by the Health Department every day to the Nodal Officer Home Isolation and District Officer of the concerned district, in addition to each by the District Magistrate A Medical Counselor will be allotted to the patients kept in home isolation. In this allotment, the name and phone number of the prescribed Medical Counselor will be known for this Allopathic Physician Pharmacist Nursing Staff Ayush Doctor Pharmacist and Nursing Staff Dentist posted in the district The PG Scholars of various medical colleges should be able to do such work related to the staff of the Government Medical College and the service created private sector holding the qualification. The list of persons working in R will be made available to the district by the district-wise Nodal Officer Human Resource Management, allocating the Medical Counselor mentioned in the District Magistrate List or available in other districts to each patient, considering the place of residence of a Medical Counselor every day. For monitoring, an attempt will be made to limit the number of patients up to a maximum of 50 patients and the Medical Council will take information on the health of the patient on the basis of the protocol laid down on the telephone or through video call every day.

As per the requirement, the information given by the medical counseling and pre-determined protocol will be kept by the concerned Medical Council, while the Medical Council will today ensure that the sick person has been provided with a home isolation kit at his residence and as far as possible AYUSH kit. In the event of declining health, the Medical Council will notify the Kovid-19 Center and the concerned Village Level Monitoring Committee of the District that it will be the responsibility of the District Level Kuwait Control Center to arrange medicines and treatment according to the medical advice of the ambulance. Through the affected patient will be sent to Kovid-19 for advance treatment. After completion of the isolation period of a patient, the medical counselor will terminate his monitoring in case the health parameters are safe and you will be informed of termination from that patient. And the necessary information regarding the patient will be kept by the concerned Medical Counselor with each medical council reporting the health of the patient over the phone from the call center. This reporting will be done in the modeling time period of every full 10 days for any particular patient, on the second day, on the sixth day, on the 11th day, to assist the medical counselor of each district, the district level specialist doctor will be designated as the nodal officer. Will be available in the room and will provide health related counseling in respect of the patients referred by the Medical Council and before the allotment of the patients, online tests will be done by each Medical Counselor.
