The Labor Facilitation Center of the Building and Workers Board has been reopened in the Deputy Labor Commissioner Office, Kalabad, Kotdwar. On Thursday, Labor Minister Dr. Harak Singh Rawat inaugurated the office. In the new office, the minister distributed checks to the beneficiaries. It has been told that orders have been issued to restore the service of 38 retrenched personnel from the board.

The Labor Facilitation Center has been reopened on Thursday. On this occasion, he directed the officials to give the workers the benefit of the undo schemes. The meeting was attended by Labor Inspector Bhagwati Prasad Juyal, Kamal, Rajveer, Sharda, Neelam, Kuldeep, Labor Minister OSD Vinod Rawat, PRO CP Naithani, Mahila Morcha Mandal President Poonam Khantwal, Bhabar Mandal President Chandramohan Jasola, General Secretary Gaurav Joshi, Farmer Leader Parshuram , Virendra Rawat etc. were present. Labor enforcement officer Bhagwati Prasad Juyal said that the office setup has been prepared on behalf of the company to whom the contract has been awarded. Only the employees of the company are working at the moment. Work will be started as soon as the orders of other employees join. It was informed that in the Shramik Suvidha Kendra, online applications can be made for printing of labor cards, renewal, benefits of schemes, material distribution.
