Uttarakhand: Kedarnath Charitable Trust will have 11 new posts, including additional secretary,
The Uttarakhand cabinet met on Tuesday in Bharadisain, the summer capital. A total of 12 decisions were taken in the cabinet meeting. The Shri Kedarnath Charitable Trust will now work more strongly. The cabinet meeting on Tuesday sealed the creation of 11 new posts for the trust. Under this, 11 important posts including Additional Secretary will be filled.
The Kedarnath Charitable Trust will hold one post each of Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary and Special Officer, Director Finance, Technical Specialist / Consultant, Senior Administrative Officer and Accountant. Whereas junior assistant will be two posts each of low data entry operator and follower or class IV employees.
The Trust will have the Chief Secretary as ex-officio Chairman or Managing Trustee, Secretary Finance Ex-officio Treasurer, Secretary Tourism Department as ex-officio Secretary and Department of Industrial Development, Disaster Management Department, Social Welfare Department and Culture Department as ex-officio members. Presently, construction work is going on as per detailed master plan in Shri Kedarnath Dham under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The trust is going to get more than 350 crores of work done in the next two years.
सामान के महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय
1. देवभूमि और सूरजमल विश्वविद्यालय बनाएगी सरकार
देवभूमि विश्वविद्यालय देहरादून और सूरजमल विश्वविद्यालय ऊधमसिंह नगर में स्थापित किया जाएगा। ट्रिंग ने इन दोनों विश्वविद्यालयों से संबंधित प्रशिक्षणयकों के प्रस्तावों को सदन में रखे जाने को मंजूरी दे दी। इस समय प्रदेश में 12 राजकीय विश्वविद्यालय हैं, जिनमें से छह विश्वविद्यालयों का संचालन उच्च शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से किया जा रहा है।
2. अमरनाथ वापसी को तवज्जो, ट्रस्ट को किया मजबूत
केदारनाथ में वापसी का काम इस समय केदारनाथ उत्थान चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट की ओर से किया जा रहा है। ट्रिंग ने ट्रस्ट के लिए 11 अस्थायी पदों को मंजूरी दे दी। इसमें प्रशासनिक पदों के साथ ही टेकिक विशेषज्ञ और डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर तक के पद शामिल हैं। सरकार को अगले दो वर्षों में लगभग 350 करोड़ रुपये के पुन: कार्य प्रदान करने हैं।
3. देवस्थानम बोर्ड में सदस्यों के नामांकन के लिए नियम मंजूर
चारधाम के लगभग 51 मंदिरों और यात्रा के संचालन के लिए बने देवस्थानम बोर्ड में सदस्यों को नामित करने की नियमावली कोगल ने मंजूरी दे दी। इस नियमावली में बोर्ड में नामांकित पुजारियों, वंशानुगत पुजारियों, सनातन धर्म से संबंधित नाम सदस्यों, दानदाता सदस्यों की अर्हता को परिभाषित किया गया है।
4. तीन ग्राम पंचायतों को नगर पंचायत बनाने की मंजूरी
श्रृंग ने पौड़ी जिले की ग्राम पंचायत थलीसैंण, ऊधमसिंह नगर की ग्राम पंचायत लालपुर और ग्राम पंचायत सिरौलीकला को नगर पंचायत बनाने की मंजूरी दे दी। प्रदेश में शहरीकरण का दबाव लगातार बढ़ रहा है। ऐसे में इन ग्राम पंचायतों में नगर पंचायत बनने पर शहर के समान नागरिक सुविधाओं को विकसित करना आसान होगा।
इन मामलों को भी स्वीकृति मिली
1. स्वामी राम हिमालयन विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 2012 के संशोधन विधेयक को सदन में रखे जाने को कल ने अनुमति दे दी। विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से हिमालयन स्कूल ऑफ साइंस और टेक्नोलॉजी आदि में स्कूल शब्द मे संशोधन का अनुरोध किया गया था।
2. The Cabinet decided that the Headquarters of the Language Institute will be made in Garsain. Uttarakhand Language Institute was formed in 2018. The original act proposed to make the headquarters at Dehradun. The Cabinet approved the establishment of the Headquarters of the Language Institute at Garsain.
3. Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act 1959 Amendment Bill 2021 and Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh Municipality Act 1959 Amendment Bill approved to be placed in the House.
