Dehradun – The Uttarakhand government is now working on the possibility of setting up an oxygen generation plant at the industrial level from the ethanol plant installed in the sugar mills, the state sugarcane secretary Chandresh Kumar discussed with the managers of the Luxor sugar mill and Uttam sugar mill. In writing a letter to the managers of sugar mills, it was clear that the industrial production of oxygen and uninterrupted supply of it in hospitals is an important weapon to counter the manner in which the Kovid-19 epidemic has created a crisis in front of humanity in the state. During the talks, preparations were made to set up an oxygen plant in the sugar mill, about which the mill managers should take quick action in Vidisha, while the government has been directly instructed to set up an oxygen plant in the sugar mill by the state government or any assistance. Any kind of cooperation with the department will be done to the sugar mills.
