Dehradun. After assuming the post of Chief Advisor to the Chief Minister, Shatrughan Singh paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat at the Secretariat. Today, former IAS Shatrughan Singh was appointed as Chief Advisor made by Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat. Whose orders were issued by Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi. Let me tell you that till now Shatrughan Singh was posted as the Chief Information Commissioner in the state.
