If any employee participated in a strike or agitation during the Corona epidemic in the state, his services would be terminated immediately. New recruitment will be done in place of the employees who are fired. The movement will be handled separately under the sections of the Disaster Management Act. Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat has said that in view of the Kovid-19 epidemic, if any employee working under medical and essential services goes on strike or movement, action will be taken against him under the sections of the Disaster Management Act. He said that all employees working in essential services are expected to discharge their duties honestly during this catastrophic period. In the event of not doing so, the action of new appointments will be started, removing the strike and the agitated employees from the service. The Chief Minister has directed the Chief Secretary to take appropriate action in this regard.
