A new initiative has been taken by IRCTC for the people of the state. A special pilgrimage is being organized by IRCTC from July 17 to enable the people of the state to earn merit by making pilgrimages to pilgrimage sites like Prayagraj, Kashi and Ayodhya. The preparations related to this have also been completed.
The special pilgrimage will start from July 17. Passengers involved in the pilgrimage will be taken to Varanasi from Jollygrant Airport on July 17 by air and there will be a tour of Kashi Vishwanath through air-conditioned buses of IRCTC and the entire Varanasi will be visited there.
During this, all the religious places as well as historical places will be visited. In the next phase of the yatra, the pilgrims will go to Prayagraj and visit places of religious importance including Sangam. In the last leg of the yatra, the pilgrims will be taken to Ayodhya.
Passengers will be brought back from Lucknow via Jollygrant Airport airplane. IRCTC station officer Amit Rana said that all the preparations for the pilgrimage have been completed.
