He directed the concerned nodal officer to make all the smallest arrangements remotely today. He directed the concerned officials to take the attendance of the examinees on time.
District Magistrate Dr. Vijay Kumar Jogdande said that all arrangements should be completed. Said that the paper reached the examination center but first check it thoroughly. He directed the concerned officers to display the seating plan at various places. Said to give information about the time to the examinees through sound at the main gate. Close the gate 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination. At the same time, he directed that mobile phones, electronic devices should not be available with any examination invigilator and examinees. He told the officers posted in the examination to reach the examination venue 02 hours before the commencement of the examination. Said to thoroughly check the OMR seat filled by the candidates.
During this, Commissioner Garhwal and District Magistrate along with UPSC representative, inspecting officers conducted on-site inspection of examination halls and premises. He directed the concerned officers to make arrangements for drinking water, maintain cleanliness in the rooms, toilets, make security arrangements at the gates, put up barricades, paste the seating plan etc.
Two examination centers have been set up at Birla Campus Srinagar, 01 at Chauras and 01 at Gururam Roy Public School. 288 in the first center of Birla campus, 277 in the second center, 205 in Chauras and 04 in Gururam Roy School.
