According to sources, the Joint Secretary and above officers have been asked to start work in the ministries from Monday. The need for the presence of one-third of the staff in the ministries has been stated. The PMO has said that officers of the Joint Secretary and above, who have official transport facility, should reach office from April 13 and work.
Explain that the lockdown has been implemented in the country till 14 April. Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with Chief Ministers of all states through video conferencing. During this time he had sought suggestions from all the Chief Ministers on fighting the epidemic and necessary steps including increasing the lockdown. During this time all states demanded to extend the lockdown two weeks.
