Through this, the residents will be able to register their complaints 24 hours. The call center will have 30 employees.<\/p>\n
The Municipal Corporation had been trialling the call center at Subhash Road for the past 10 days, which was successful. Now people of Doon will be able to register their complaints from Wednesday. Talking about the present time, there was no such arrangement of the corporation, where all the complaints could be heard at the same place.<\/p>\n
In view of this, the Municipal Corporation decided to start a helpline. The call center will have three shifts, 10 employees will be deployed in each shift. After lodging complaints at the call center, they will be transferred to the respective sections of the corporation.
\nThis is how work will be done
\nPeople will register their complaints in the call center through phone. After this, the staff posted there will transfer the phone to the concerned officer and talk directly if required. The system will also have a complaint number. With this, his followup can also be taken from time to time.<\/p>\n
Goshala will shift after seven
\nGoshala has been built in Selakui on behalf of the Municipal Corporation. On the lines of Mathura, there is a system of keeping 500 cows in this gaushala. It will be launched after January 7.<\/p>\n
