A day before the incident, an 18-year-old youth and his 19-year-old friend, who were reportedly seen with a minor girl, were beaten and humiliated by the girl\u2019s family members at her house. The youth\u2019s father, whom the girl\u2019s family summoned, was also assaulted. Subsequently, all three were stripped and forced to walk naked on the road at gunpoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Commission has observed that the contents of the news report, if true, raise serious issues of violation of human rights.
