{"id":34218,"date":"2025-11-20T17:21:28","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T11:51:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=34218"},"modified":"2025-11-20T17:21:31","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T11:51:31","slug":"swavlamban-2025-curtain-raiser-press-conference","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=34218","title":{"rendered":"SWAVLAMBAN 2025 \u2013 CURTAIN RAISER PRESS CONFERENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Titleh2\">SWAVLAMBAN 2025 \u2013 CURTAIN RAISER PRESS CONFERENCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Subtitleh3\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p> PIB Delhi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Curtain Raiser Press Conference for the&nbsp;<strong>fourth edition<\/strong>&nbsp;of Indian Navy\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>Naval Innovation and Indigenisation Organisation (NIIO) Seminar &#8211;<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Swavlamban 2025<\/strong>, was conducted in New Delhi on&nbsp;<strong>20 Nov 2025<\/strong>, under the chairmanship of&nbsp;<strong>VAdm Sanjay Vatsayan, Vice Chief of the Naval Staff.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While highlighting key features of Swavlamban 2025,&nbsp;<strong>scheduled from 25 to 26 Nov 2025 at the Manekshaw Centre, Delhi,<\/strong>&nbsp;VCNS remarked that the event will highlight the Indian Navy\u2019s innovation and indigenisation efforts, and the contributions of the Indian industry, with a focus on technological advances that could significantly enhance the nation\u2019s defence capabilities. He shared that Swavlamban 2025 will focus more on emerging and disruptive technologies to keep pace with the country\u2019s changing security needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VCNS outlined the Navy\u2019s steady strides towards&nbsp;<strong><em>Aatmanirbharta<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;in defence technologies, aligned with the Swavlamban 2025 theme,&nbsp;<strong><em>\u2018Strength and Power through Innovation and Indigenisation\u2019<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;which highlights the Navy\u2019s focus on collaborative and cutting-edge solutions for operational challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This year\u2019s seminar will include dedicated exhibit zones highlighting products that have emerged as success stories, as well as those realised through the \u2018ideation to induction\u2019 cycle.<\/strong>&nbsp;The seminar will also host in-depth brainstorming sessions on policy frameworks and procedures to accelerate adoption of indigenous technologies. Expert-led panels will provide insights into emerging technologies, disruptive trends, and their relevance to the maritime domain.
