On this occasion, the need for a comprehensive change in the social approach for gender equality and women empowerment was highlighted.<\/p>\n<p>The keynote speaker in the webinar, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Sandeep Tiwari said that the path to complete gender equality in India is difficult, but not impossible. For complete gender equality in India, men and women have to work together and bring about a positive change in the society. We should start this work from our home. Senior Advocate Anant Agarwal of Supreme Court New Delhi spoke about the protection of women&#8217;s rights in the Indian Constitution. The convener of the webinar Dr. Swati Negi said that the objective of gender equality is to remove all discrimination between men and women.
