The cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccine doses administered in the country has exceeded\u00a018 Cr<\/strong>\u00a0today under the Phase-3 of the nationwide Vaccination Drive.<\/p>\n

A total of\u00a018,04,57,579\u00a0<\/strong>vaccine doses have been administered through 26,02,435 sessions, as per the provisional report till 7 am today. These include\u00a096,27,650\u00a0<\/strong>HCWs who have taken the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0dose and\u00a066,22,040\u00a0<\/strong>HCWs who have taken the 2nd<\/sup>dose,\u00a01,43,65,871\u00a0<\/strong>FLWs (1st<\/sup>dose),\u00a081,49,613\u00a0<\/strong>FLWs (2nd<\/sup>dose),\u00a042,58,756\u00a0<\/strong>beneficiaries under 18-45 age group (1st<\/sup>dose),\u00a05,68,05,772\u00a0<\/strong>(1st<\/sup>dose) and\u00a087,56,313\u00a0<\/strong>(2nd<\/sup>\u00a0dose) beneficiaries aged 45 to 60 years.\u00a05,43,17,646\u00a0<\/strong>1st<\/sup>dose beneficiaries and\u00a01,75,53,918\u00a0<\/strong>2nd<\/sup>\u00a0dose beneficiaries of more than 60 years old.<\/p>\n

3,28,216\u00a0<\/strong>beneficiaries of the age group 18-44 years received their first dose of COVID vaccine in the last 24 hours and cumulatively\u00a042,58,756\u00a0<\/strong>across 32 States\/UTs since the start of phase-3 of vaccination drive. Table below shows the cumulative vaccine doses administered to 18-44 years age group till now.<\/p>\n

More than 11 lakh vaccination doses were administered in the last 24 hours.\u00a0As on Day-119 of the vaccination drive (14th<\/sup>\u00a0May, 2021), 11,03,625 vaccine doses were given. Across 11,628 sessions, 6,29,445 beneficiaries were vaccinated for 1st<\/sup>\u00a0dose and 4,74,180 beneficiaries received their 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0dose of vaccine.<\/p>\n

India\u2019s cumulative recoveries has reached2,04,32,898<\/strong>today. The National Recovery Rate\u00a0is\u00a083.83%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3,53,299<\/strong>recoveries\u00a0were registered in the last 24 hours. It outnumbers India\u2019s Daily New COVID cases for the fourth time in the last five days.<\/p>\n

Ten states account for\u00a070.49%\u00a0<\/strong>of the new recoveries.<\/p>\n

3,26,098\u00a0<\/strong>new\u00a0cases were registered in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Ten States\u00a0reported\u00a074.85%\u00a0<\/strong>of the new cases in last 24 hours.<\/p>\n

Karnataka\u00a0has reported the highest daily new cases at\u00a041,779. It\u00a0is followed by Maharashtra with\u00a039,923\u00a0while Kerala reported 34,694 new cases.<\/p>\n

The National Mortality Rate currently stands at\u00a01.09%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3,890\u00a0<\/strong>deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.<\/p>\n
