He said that with GIS application, transparency will come in the purchase process of immovable property and people will get rid of frauds being committed with them. With people having information about e the actual circle rate of property, the problems regarding the unconfirmed information, reduction in the stamp duty to be paid and finding the Circle Rate booklet according to the position of the property, will end.<br \/>\nFinance Secretary Mr. Amit Negi said that this process will benefit the public very much and according to the Zero Tolerance Policy of the Government of Uttarakhand, it is a big step towards providing easy governance and citizen centric services.<br \/>\nOn this occasion, Assistant Inspector General (Stamp and Registration Department, Uttarakhand) Mr. S.K.
