In the meeting held, comparative details of the progress of previous years, confirmation of proposals passed in previous meeting and discussion on budget, discussion on upcoming proposals and approval \/ acceptance of committee and other proposals were discussed in detail. The District Magistrate directed the concerned officer to ensure the forthcoming action plan in view of the Kovid-19 transition.
\nDistrict Magistrate Dr. Jogande said that the DPR of the works should be prepared and submitted for the approval of the committee.<\/p>\n

He said that the guidelines related to Kovid-19 should be installed outside the hospital by putting flexi \/ board and paste the name and phone number of the nodal officer in the board. In the meeting, comparative details of the progress information of the hospital, the amount and expenditure details deposited in the account of the Hospital Management Committee, and the members, including the budget according to the demand for the coming financial year, were discussed in detail. The District Magistrate directed the members of the committee not to submit all the proposals without DPR.<\/p>\n

After this, District Magistrate Dr. Jogande inspected the proper arrangements for Kovid in the hospital premises. Talked to the patients admitted in the hospital. While interacting with the journalist , he said that in view of the increasing cases of corona infection last year, 10 ICU construction work was started in the base hospital Kotdwar in accordance with the guidelines of the government, whose construction has been completed and one or two Its operation will start in the day. He said that early dialysis and treatment is important in the patients who are being admitted and who need treatment. Said that many people do not get the test done in the disease and reach the hospital late due to which the number of sampling has been increased. It is said that check posts have been made on the border in the district. It was said that in the past, 500 to 600 samples were being given daily in the month of March. But today there are currently more than 15-16 hundred samples taking, which is increasing the ratio of positive, including traveling and business people in the market.
\nThe District Magistrate said that the number of Corona positive in Kotdwar and Swarg Ashram has increased due to which the weekly ban has been given effect there. So that unnecessary movement is banned. Along with this, time has been fixed till 2:00 pm for the sale of essential commodities. While other essential services have been allowed for medical, milk etc.<\/p>\n

He said that section 144 has been implemented in Kotdwar and Swarg Ashram. In which it is prohibited to roam the market unnecessarily, to crowd. It is said that through the Municipal Corporation and the Municipality, the work of making balls is being done in the shops of essential commodities to ensure social distance. Along with this, shopkeepers have also been directed that if there is a crowd gathering in the shop, then the license of the concerned shop will be canceled and the shop will be sealed.<\/p>\n

Said that where the number of corona virus patients is increasing, the area is being identified as the Containment Zone. In the district, 8 areas have been identified as containment zones and can also be extended if needed. He said that a separate Kovid-19 ward has been prepared in the hospital, in which the arrangement of 100 beds is in a position to start by the present date. He said that there has been a demand for the deployment of employees in this and can initiate action in the order expected from the approval of the government. The personnel who are presently will start operations through them and the recruitment process will be done as soon as the new appointment is approved.<\/p>\n

The District Magistrate said that talks have been held with the company regarding the materials of the oxygen plant in the hospital, in the event of starting the work within a week and operating within 3 to 4 days. He said that 90 jumbo cylinders are available to temporarily keep the patient intact, along with 50 oxyco sets so that no one has any problem. He said that oxygen would be generated from the oxygen plant. He said that we have a pre-installed plant in Centralize Distribution which will generate oxygen. He said that the plant is also installed in Medical College Srinagar. There are 2 plants in the district so that the entire district can be catered to. Apart from this, talks have also been held with the private company. He said that 80 percent progress has been achieved in the district in vaccine \/ vaccination program, which is more than 45 years of age. Said that from May 1, the work of vaccine will also be started to those between the ages of 18 to 44. He said that till now vaccination work was being done through the hospital and primary health center. But given the high number of corona infections in the future, they will also program as large camps. In which three to four teams will be set up at a time and an action plan has been made to carry out vaccination work of 500 to 1000 per day. He said that 470 Kovid-19 hospitals have been built in the first phase. The provision of 930 beds has been made in the temporary hospitals which are made as DCC, 11 have been identified as non-DCC where guest houses, pari baraat ghars, college beds will be used so that the load in hospitals is reduced. Possible He said that the first patient will be asked for home isolation and the patient whose condition is critical will be admitted in the DCCC or hospital and will be admitted to the ICU according to their status, the decision will be taken by the concerned medical team.
