Hostel Facilities to working Women

The Ministry implements Working Women Hostel Scheme through the State Governments\/UT Administrations to promote availability of safe and conveniently located accommodation for working women in urban, semi-urban or even rural areas, including the metro cities of the country, where employment opportunities for women exist. State-wise list of Working Women Hostels is placed at\u00a0Annexure- I.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This information was given by the Union Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt. Smriti Zubin Irani, in a written reply in the Rajya Sabha today.<\/p>\n
