Radhika Jha and Managing Director Mr. Sandeep Singhal presented a check of Rs 40.01 (Rupees forty crore rupees) on the share capital of the state government to the Chief Minister Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat at the Secretariat to be done. The Chief Minister appreciated the efforts being made by UJVNL to fulfill the energy needs of the state. He said that UJVNL will be striving to establish new dimensions in the field of power generation in future also by using its capabilities better. The Chief Minister also appreciated the hard work, dedication and better work culture of the personnel of the Corporation. On this occasion, Secretary Energy Smt. Radhika Jha informed the Chief Minister that the corporation earned a profit of Rs 123.01 crore in the financial year 201920 and accordingly the state government has been given Rs 40.01 crore as dividend on behalf of the corporation. . The corporation has been continuously paying dividend to the government for the last few years and this year it is the highest ever dividend of Rs 40.01 crore. Secretary Energy, Smt. Radhika Jha informed that in the financial year 201920, 5088.88 million units of electricity was produced against the target of 4822 million units set by UJVN Limited, which is the highest power generation of the corporation so far, incorporating environmental flow (eFlow). . In the same sequence, the corporation sold a total of Rs 923.43 crore in the financial year 201920, which is the highest ever sale of energy since the establishment of the corporation.
