{"id":16628,"date":"2021-01-01T19:18:46","date_gmt":"2021-01-01T13:48:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=16628"},"modified":"2021-01-01T19:18:46","modified_gmt":"2021-01-01T13:48:46","slug":"remission-of-duties-and-taxes-on-exported-products-rodtep-scheme-implemented","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=16628","title":{"rendered":"Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme implemented"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"MinistryNameSubhead text-center\">Ministry of Finance<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<h2>Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme implemented<br \/>\n<span id=\"ltrSubtitle\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ReleaseDateSubHeaddateTime text-center pt20\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"pt20\"><\/div>\n<p>In continuation of press release, dated the 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0December, 2020, regarding implementation of Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) from the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0January, 2021, it is further stated that the following shall be notified\/made public shortly:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The details of export goods (tariff lines) eligible for RoDTEP scheme<\/li>\n<li>The applicable RoDTEP rate, value caps (wherever applicable) on such eligible goods\/tariff lines<\/li>\n<li>The excluded category of exports<\/li>\n<li>Other conditions and restrictions<\/li>\n<li>The procedural details for grant of RoDTEP duty credit, and utilisation thereof.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The benefit of RoDTEP would be available subject to the conditions, restriction, exclusions, ineligibility and fulfilment of the procedural requirements as notified.
