{"id":16586,"date":"2020-12-28T19:55:35","date_gmt":"2020-12-28T14:25:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=16586"},"modified":"2020-12-28T19:55:35","modified_gmt":"2020-12-28T14:25:35","slug":"mha-extends-guidelines-for-surveillance-containment-and-caution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=16586","title":{"rendered":"MHA extends Guidelines for Surveillance, Containment and Caution"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"MinistryNameSubhead text-center\">Ministry of Home Affairs<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<h2>MHA extends Guidelines for Surveillance, Containment and Caution<br \/>\n<span id=\"ltrSubtitle\"><br \/>\nStates\/ UTs to strictly enforce containment measures, SOPs on various activities and COVID Appropriate behaviour and to exercise caution and strict surveillance<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ReleaseDateSubHeaddateTime text-center pt20\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"pt20\"><\/div>\n<p>The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued an Order today to extend the earlier\u00a0<strong>Guidelines for Surveillance<\/strong>\u00a0to remain in force upto 31.01.2021.<\/p>\n<p>While there has been a continuous decline in the active and new COVID-19 cases, there is need to maintain surveillance, containment and caution, keeping in view the surge in cases globally, and emergence of a new variant of the virus in the United Kingdom (UK).<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, Containment Zones continue to be demarcated carefully; prescribed containment measures strictly followed within these zones; COVID-appropriate behaviour promoted and strictly enforced; and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) prescribed in respect of various permitted activities followed scrupulously.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the focused approach on surveillance, containment and strict observance of the guidelines\/ SOPs issued by MHA and Ministry of Health &amp; Family Welfare (MOHFW), as envisaged in the Guidelines issued on 25.11.2020; need to be enforced strictly by States and UTs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ministry of Home Affairs MHA extends Guidelines for Surveillance, Containment and Caution States\/ UTs to strictly enforce containment measures, SOPs on various activities and COVID Appropriate behaviour and to exercise caution and strict surveillance The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) issued an Order today to extend the earlier\u00a0Guidelines for Surveillance\u00a0to remain in force upto 31.01.2021.
