{"id":12033,"date":"2020-05-19T19:37:46","date_gmt":"2020-05-19T14:07:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=12033"},"modified":"2020-05-19T19:37:46","modified_gmt":"2020-05-19T14:07:46","slug":"standard-operating-protocol-sop-on-movement-of-stranded-workers-by-trains","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=12033","title":{"rendered":"Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) on Movement of Stranded Workers by Trains"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"text-center\">\n<h2>Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) on Movement of Stranded Workers by Trains<br \/>\n<span id=\"ltrSubtitle\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ReleaseDateSubHeaddateTime text-center pt20\">PIB Delhi<\/div>\n<div class=\"pt20\"><\/div>\n<p>In continuation of the revised consolidated guidelines on lockdown measures dt. 17.05.2020, Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has issued revised Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) on movement of stranded workers by trains.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The SOPs allow movement of stranded workers by trains as under:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ministry of Railways (MoR) would permit Movement of Shramik Special trains in consultation with MHA.<\/li>\n<li>All States\/ UTs should designate\u00a0<strong>nodal authorities<\/strong>\u00a0and make necessary arrangements for receiving and sending such stranded persons.<\/li>\n<li>Based on the requirements of States\/UTs, the\u00a0<strong>train schedule<\/strong>, including stoppages and destination would be finalized by MoR.
