In his address to the nation, PM Modi spoke of Saptapadi and gave seven mantras to fight Corona. PM Modi has given seven mantras to the countrymen, one of which is to increase immunity. PM Modi said that to increase your immunity, follow the instructions given by the Ministry of AYUSH, consume hot water and decoction continuously. So let&#8217;s know about some domestic things that can increase immunity.<br \/>\nMinistry of AYUSH has given ways to increase immunity<br \/>\nIn the morning, take 10 grams, ie one teaspoon of Chyawanprash. If you have diabetes, take sugar free Chyawanprash.<br \/>\nGolden Milk (Turmeric Milk) &#8211; Mix half a teaspoon turmeric powder in 150 ml warm milk and drink it once or twice a day.<br \/>\nDrink herbal tea \/ decoction made of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger and dry grapes once or twice a day.<\/p>\n<p>These five things are immunity boosters<br \/>\nVitamin C- The name of vitamin C comes prominently in things that increase immunity. To increase immunity, you can consume ginger as vegetable, tea, decoction etc. Ginger also controls cholesterol and works in chronic pain.<br \/>\nGarlic- Garlic is included in Tamasi diets but it is a medicine. Garlic is very helpful in increasing immunity. According to the National Center for Complimentary and Integrative HealthTrusted, garlic helps lower blood pressure and harden the arteries. Garlic contains allicin which is known to increase immunity.<br \/>\nSpinach- Spinach is available at any vegetable shop. Spinach is the biggest source of vitamin C. It contains many types of antioxidants that enhance our immune system&#8217;s ability to fight infection.
