{"id":10006,"date":"2020-02-21T19:18:49","date_gmt":"2020-02-21T13:48:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=10006"},"modified":"2020-02-21T19:18:49","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T13:48:49","slug":"edcil-india-limited-presents-a-dividend-of-rs-9-5-crore-for-the-year-2018-19-to-union-hrd-minister","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/udaen.info\/?p=10006","title":{"rendered":"EdCIL (India) Limited, presents a dividend of Rs 9.5 Crore for the year 2018-19 to Union HRD Minister"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>EdCIL (India) Limited, presents a dividend of Rs 9.5 Crore for the year 2018-19 to Union HRD Minister<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>EdCIL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I CPSE under Ministry of HRD, Government of India, has paid a\u00a0<em>dividend<\/em>\u00a0of Rs 9.5 Crore for the year 2018-19.<\/p>\n<p>Shri Manoj Kumar, CMD, EdCIL presented the dividend cheque to Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, Minister of Human Resource Development, in the presence of Shri Amit Khare, Secretary (MHRD) and\u00a0<strong>Dr. Rakesh Sarwal<\/strong>, Additional Secretary (Technical Education) and senior officials of EdCIL.<\/p>\n<p>The company registered a turnover of Rs. 317.27 Crore and a PBT of Rs. 43. 79 Crore during the year 2018-19.<\/p>\n<p>EdCIL offers Project Management and Consultancy solutions across education verticals covering ICT\/IT Solutions, Online Testing and Assessment Services, Advisory Services, Infrastructure, PMC, Procurement and Overseas Education Services.<\/p>\n<p>The company is executing a mega-project of Ministry of HRD called \u201cStudy in India\u201d to increase the number of inbound foreign students to India.
