Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat has directed the officers to constitute a high level committee to give VRS to disabled and disabled teachers in the Education Department. The minister also said that every officer of the department would adopt a school in his area.

The Education Minister said this during the conclusion of the two-day contemplation camp organized by the department at Rajawala here. The Education Minister said that the teachers should follow the conduct rules. First of all, put your point in front of the department in the appropriate forum. If the problem is not resolved even after this, then the teachers can keep their point at the government level. Court can be the last resort for any problem.

The Education Minister said that for qualitative improvement in education, first of all it is necessary to be disciplined. To create discipline in the department, all the officers and employees of the department have to follow the service and conduct rules. Many personnel reach the court directly without putting their point in the proper forum. This creates problems in departmental work.
At least 220 days of compulsory classes in schools
The minister said that compulsory classes should be run in schools for at least 220 days. He asked every teacher to make two people literate in order to make the literacy rate of the state 100 percent. The minister said that even now seven percent of the people in the state are illiterate. In the program, Departmental Secretary Ravinath Raman said that for the first time a Chintan Shivir was organized in the Education Department, the department would get the benefit of it. State Child Protection Commission Chairperson Dr. Geeta Khanna said that information about RTE and facilities available to students should be made available in every school. Former Rajya Sabha MP and Chairman of Indian Public School, RK Sinha, as a special guest in the camp, said that such a camp would prove to be a milestone for qualitative improvement in the education system of the state. In the camp, the Chief Education Officers informed about the innovative works done in their districts.
