Chief Minister Mr. Trivendra Singh Rawat reviewed the progress of CM Dashboard “Utkarsh “at Secretariat on Friday. During the review meeting, Chief Minister instructed all the departments to pay special attention on results and upload their financial and physical targets on the portal. He further instructed that all the departments should fix challenging targets and they should also do rating as per their performances. He asked all the departments to change their work culture and make their service delivery better. Secretary to Chief Minister Radhika Jha informed that 214 Key Progress Indicators (KPI) of 32 departments have been fixed in which 143 programmes of priority have been selected. Out of these 61 programmes are of priority of the state government also. There are 95 users of this online application. She said that Key Progress Indicator (KPI) have been selected on the basis of results. She said that seven review meetings at the Chief Secretary level, 14 meetings at Secretary to Chief Minister level and 21 meetings at Additional Secretary to Chief Minister level had been held. Cabinet Ministers Prakash Pant, Yashpal Arya, Harak Singh Rawat, Subodh Uniyal,Minister of state Dhan Singh Rawat, Chief Secretary Utpal Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Secretary Dr Ranveer Singh, Om Prakash and Radha Raturi, Secretary Finance Amit Negi, Secretary Meenakshi Sundram, Dr Bhupinder Kaur Aulkah and Dilip Jawalkar and other officers were present in the meeting .
