Vaibhav and Sanskar are toppers in the merit list

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) declared the results of Indian School Certificate (ISC) i.e. class 12th examinations on Sunday evening.

In Uttarakhand, Vaibhav Arora of Dehradun and Sanskar Dhyani of Rishikesh topped the state with 99.50 percentile and stood second in merit. At the same time, three students from Dehradun and one student from Nainital stood third in the merit list with 99.25 percentile. Also, out of the six meritorious people of the state who came in merit, there are two daughters. Avni from Nainital and Ruchika from Dehradun managed to make it to the merit list.
These are the promising people of the state

  • Vaibhav Arora, Carman School, Dehradun 398(99.50). Vaibhav got 19th rank and stood second in merit.
  • Sanskar Dhyani, Rishikesh Public School, 398(99.50). Sanskar got 19th rank and stood second in merit.
  • Akarsh Gunjesh St. Joseph’s Academy, Dehradun, 397(99.25). Akash got 77th rank and stood third in merit.
  • Sarthak Vatsa, Brightlands School, Dehradun, 397(99.25). Sarthak got 77th rank and stood third in merit.
  • Avani Joshi, St. Mary’s Convent College, Nainital, 397 (99.25). Avani got 77th rank and stood third in merit.
  • Ruchika Agarwal Unison World School, Dehradun, 397(99.25). Ruchika ranked 77th and stood third in merit.

The sky was measured by the flight of spirits
Students of Dehradun district have emerged victorious in making it to the All India Ranking (AIR) in the 10th and 12th results released by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISC). All the three students who made it to AIR from the state in class 10th were from Dehradun. Now in 12th also, four students of Doon and five students of the district have brought laurels to the state by making a place in AIR.

In the 10th All India Ranking, three students of Doon stood second and third. These include Tanvi Sharma of Brightland School, Swastik and Kea Aggarwal of Welham Girls School. Tanvi secured the second position in the All India Ranking by securing 99.60 per cent, Swastik Pant (99.40) and Kea Aggarwal (99.40 per cent) secured the third position.

Now out of the six students who have made it to the All India Ranking in class 12 also, five students are from Dehradun district. Among them, Vaibhav Arora of Dehradun and Sanskar Dhyani of Rishikesh are among those who got second place in All India Ranking. Whereas, the third place winners include Akarsh Gunjesh, Sarthak Vatsa, Ruchika Agarwal from Dehradun.

Pushpa Thapliyal, Principal of Brightland School said that the students have brought laurels to Uttarakhand by securing a place in the All India Ranking. During the Corona period for the last two years, the teachers did everything possible to keep the students engaged in studies. As a result of this, students have made a place in the All India Ranking. For this the teachers and parents of the school deserve congratulations.
